Michael S. Jones
Elder
Michael is a tent-making Elder, working as a Letter Carrier for the United States Postal Service in Downtown Ithaca. He studied Landscape Architecture at Cornell University (BS 1989) and has studied Reformed Theology since 1998. He was ordained in 2006 at Reformed Community Church of Ithaca. He was examined for suitability by the Federation of Reformed Churches and sustained in 2020 by the Communion of Reformed Evangelical Churches (CREC).
He and his wife Mary were married in 1993. They have homeschooled five children. Mary works in the Airbnb industry.
Since 2007, Michael has accompanied singing on 12-string guitar, and his daughter Mercy has joined him on piano since 2012. They are glad that other young people are beginning to take up their instruments!
Ralph Reigle
Elder
Ralph was raised in a Pentecostal Christian home until about age 10, then began attending a Baptist church. He was saved at a very young age and has been in church leadership since the 1970s.
He attended seminary and has served in pastoral ministry since 1982, first in a Baptist church, followed by a federated Methodist/Presbyterian, and then a community/reforming church before joining CCI.
He has been married since October 1978 to Sonia; father of 8 children ( and part of raising many others). Ralph is currently the grandfather of six boys and one girl.
